Why can’t I see my friends on the map?
Paikan’s rule is “share to see”: you see the others in a trip only while you share your own location there. Tap “Start sharing” on the map, and allow location access for Paikan.
How do I stop sharing?
In a trip, open the Trip tab and choose Paused, or Approximate to show only a rough area. To stop in every trip at once, use “Stop sharing everywhere” in Settings.
My location updates slowly
Check that location access is set to “Always” (iPhone) or “Allow all the time” (Android) so Paikan can share in the background, and that battery saver isn’t limiting the app. Premium and trip passes add faster updates every 15 or 30 seconds.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel Premium in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. If a trip pass doesn’t show up in your trip, open the trip again, or email us with the date of purchase.
